Your PSU Unified password is used to access campus such as Canvas, GUS, GUS Print, Office365, GUSMail, Zimbra, and many other services.
If you need to set up your PSU Unified Password or have forgotten it, use one of the methods below to reset your password.
Reset Key
If you do not have recovery options set, contact the Gorilla Geeks helpdesk at (620) 235-4600 for assistance. Have your PSU ID number and a valid alternate email address (not a pittstate.edu or gus.pittstate.edu address) or mobile phone number to receive a reset key via email or text. **Please Note: If you submit a ticket for a password reset, include your phone number as Gorilla Geeks will have to contact you to validate your information prior to sending a reset key.
Self-Service
If you have previously set up Password Recovery Options (click here for instructions), go to the GUS Portal and click on Log into my GUS on the top left of the page. On the Pittsburg State University log in page, under the Sign In button click on Forgot PSU Unified Password. Enter your PSU ID number and select Submit. Select a verification option (email address or mobile phone number). Confirm the email or phone number and select next. When you receive the code through email or text, enter it in the box and continue the process of changing your password.
