All PSU Students have GUSMail (example@gus.pittstate.edu). Your GUSMail account is the primary e-mail account with the university.
All university communications will be sent to your GUSMail account. This will include emails regarding your financial assistance, enrollment, or other university notifications. Notifications from instructors through Canvas will come to your GUSMail account.
- To set up a GUSMail account go to the GUS Portal
- Click on GUS Classic
- On the left navigation menu, go to Computer Accounts and Passwords
- Under GUSMail, select Activate GUSMail Account
- Click Create
